Shipping Charges: Costs are based on our stock and location of the warehouse where your selected items are available to you. Your order will ship from one of our 24 warehouses whichever is nearest to you.

Standard Shipping: BigNTallApparel.com orders are shipped to you via UPS ground or USPS. Orders generally take 1-2 business days for delivery but can take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Options: BigNTallApparel.com Shipping Options Includes Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day and Next Day shipments.

International Shipping: The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Global Sportswear/BigNTall Apparel to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Global Sportswear/BigNTall Apparel may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Back Orders: We work diligently to ensure there is sufficient stock to meet your demands. However, in rare cases if an item is out of stock, it can be backordered. We will notify you if any item is unavailable at the time of purchase. In this case, it is up to you to wait for the item or have your order shipped without the backordered item.
If you decide to backorder, we will ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Please note that your credit card is not charged until the order is fulfilled.

Orders Placed by Check/Money Order: For orders placed by check or money order, we need up to 14 business days for processing. You can expect delivery approximately 3 weeks after you mail in your check/money order.

Checking your Order Status: You will receive a UPS / USPS tracking number in an email after your order has shipped OR You may call us regarding your status if you have not received your shipment in 3-4 business days or/if the UPS /USPS Link provided is not working
